Viennese Whirls with Blackcurrant Jam
These Viennese biscuits melt in the mouth and when sandwiched with a buttercream and blackcurrant filling they are heavenly. The recipe uses a piping bag but don't be put off. If you don't have a piping bag cut the corner off a plastic bag and use that. When piping start from the outside and work inwards.
