Marinated Burrata with Seeded Biscuits



  • 2 tablespoons organic olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons organic balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper
  • 12 leaves fresh organic basil, roughly chopped
  • 1 clove organic garlic, crushed
  • 300g (11 oz) organic cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 ball organic burrata cheese
  • Roots & Wings Organic Seeded Biscuits Original


In medium size mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper, basil and garlic. Add tomatoes and gently mix to combine. Allow to marinate for 2-4 hours.

To serve, place the tomatoes in a flat bowl and top with the burrata cheese, dive in with a pile of Seeded Biscuits to hand.
