Herbed Yoghurt Cheese with Seeded Biscuits with Chilli



  • 450g (1 lb) natural yoghurt
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh herbs, eg chives, parsley, basil
  • Fresh herbs to garnish – we used chives (optional)
  • Black pepper
  • Roots & Wings Organic Seeded Biscuits with Chilli


Line a sieve with muslin and place over a bowl.
Mix the salt and yoghurt together and pour into the muslin. Leave to drain overnight.
Put the drained yoghurt into a bowl and mix with black pepper to taste and the fresh herbs.
When you want to serve, sprinkle over fresh herbs to garnish if using.
