Viennese Whirls with Blackcurrant Jam
These Viennese biscuits melt in the mouth and when sandwiched with a buttercream and blackcurrant filling they are heavenly. The recipe uses a piping bag but don't be put off. If you don't have a piping bag cut the corner off a plastic bag and use that. When piping start from the outside and work inwards.

Nonnettes
These delicious little sponge cakes are called Nonnettes, which means little nuns. Originating from France in the Middle Ages, they were made by nuns for travellers. Often iced in winter we have chosen to dust with icing sugar. They are essentially little ginger cakes filled with our award winning marmalade. You can substitute other jams but the marmalade goes so well with the ginger.
