Halloumi Bites with Cranberry with Orange & Spices




  • 225g (8 oz) halloumi
  • sprigs of mint
  • 3 tablespoons Roots & Wings Organic Cranberry Sauce with Orange & Spices
  • 1 orange, zested and juiced


Mix the Cranberry Sauce with one tablespoon of orange juice and set aside.

Cut the halloumi into 8 thick slices, then cut each slice into quarters. Heat a frying pan to medium heat and add the halloumi slices. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until toasted. Remove from the pan. Drizzle the dressing over each piece and sprinkle with the orange zest and mint. Serve right away.
