Method: Remove the seeds from the chilli and then chop the chilli finely. Put the yoghurt in a small bowl and beat it with a fork. Add finely chopped tomato, onion, green chilli, and coriander leaves to the yoghurt and mix well. Add the Roots & Wings Kala Namak Black Salt and the sugar and grind some black pepper over to taste. Mix well. Sprinkle ground cumin on top before serving. |
