Smoked Salmon with Avocado and MultiSeed Brittles

 

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • Juice of a lemon
  • 125g smoked salmon
  • Ground black pepper
  • MultiSeed Brittles to serve

Method:

Stone and peel the avocado then slice the two halves. Coat in half the lemon juice. Remove the smoked salmon from the pack and lay the slices onto a serving plate. Add the avocado. You can chill this for up to an hour. When ready to serve drizzle the rest of the lemon juice over the salmon and serve with MultiSeed Brittles Original.
