Method: Heat the oil in a frying pan and add 2 of the pork steaks the pork to the pan. Cook until golden on each side then remove from the pan and put to one side while you cook the other two pork steaks. If you put them all in together the meat will boil rather than fry. When they are cooked, remove from the pan and place them on the plate with the other two steaks. Season well with salt and pepper. Pour off the oil from the frying pan and wipe it with a paper towel. |
