Method:

Start by making your biscuit base. In a bowl smash up the biscuits with a rolling pin into a coarse crumb, then stir in the butter. Divide up the crumb into the base of glasses and pop a teaspoon of lemon curd on top.
Next, in a bowl whisk the whipping cream until light and fluffy. Fold in the Greek yoghurt and 3 large tablespoons of lemon curd and then divide the mixture up between the glasses. Top with the remaining biscuit crumb, add a little more lemon curd and top with mini Easter Eggs.
