Method: Heat the oven to 200ºC fan/392 F/ Gas 7. Line a large oven tray with parchment paper. Roll out the pastry into a rectangle approximately 25 cm x 32 cm (10 inches x 12 inches). Fold about 1.5cm (1/2 inch) of the edges of pastry inwards and then crimp. Using a fork prick the pastry all over. |
