Baked Camembert with Cranberry Sauce



  • 1 whole organic camembert
  • 100g (4 oz) Roots & Wings Organic Cranberry Sauce with Orange & Spices
  • Fresh bread


Preheat the oven to 180C/365F/Gas 4.

Remove all the packaging from the camembert. Score the top of the cheese with a lattice pattern.

Place on a small tray and bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes until the cheese starts to go wobbly in the middle. Remove from the oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile put the cranberry sauce into a small saucepan and warm it through.

Transfer the baked camembert to a serving plate and pour on the cranberry sauce or serve it alongside. Dive into the melted cheese with the bread and add the sauce. Mmmm.
