Roots & Wings Organic Richly Fruited Christmas Cakes are made to our unique, rich and moist fruit cake recipe.
Rich currants, plump sultanas, delicious raisins, chopped cherries and candied peel are steeped in brandy for two days, then mixed with spices, almonds, cane sugar, organic eggs and the zest of oranges and lemons. They are baked slowly then topped with marzipan and icing and finished with icing holly leaves.
