The trio of salts are Coarse Sea Salt, Himalayan Pink Salt and the very unusual Black Lava Salt. 

Our Coarse Sea Salt is natural and unrefined and full of naturally occurring minerals. It enhances the flavour of foods in a more subtle way than table salt.

Our Himalayan Rose Pink Salt was formed over 300 million years ago in unpolluted seas at the base of the famous mountain range. It is harvested by hand to protect the natural crystals. It has a subtle flavour and is not as strong as table salt. Perfect sprinkled over steak.

For the adventurous cook, unusual and rare, our coarse Black Lava Salt is produced naturally when sea water evaporates on lava flows. Its dark colour adds a contrast to your food. It has a strong flavour with a hint of sulphur. Not to be added during the cooking process, it is a finishing salt to be added as a garnish
