The delicious  Roots & Wings Organic Christmas pudding is made with no Gluten-Containing ingredients in a traditional Ceramic bowl. Tied with cream muslin and finished with a ribbon.

Packed full of fruit, they are all hand made in small batches.

We soak plump organic raisins, currants and sultanas in Cognac overnight and then mix them  with Caribbean cane sugar, fresh organic eggs, grated organic carrots and apples, the juices of lemons and oranges and zesty spices.

 All the taste of Christmas without the gluten containing ingredients.

Each pudding is  then gently steamed,  then cooled and  wrapped carefully.

Free from Palm Oil and always has been.
