Our Himalayan Rose Pink Salt was formed over 300 million years ago in unpolluted seas at the base of the famous mountain range. It is hand harvested to protect the natural crystals. Add to cooking to enhance the flavours. It's delicious sprinkled over steak.

Our coarse Black Lava Salt is produced naturally when sea water evaporates on lava flows. Its dark colour adds a contrast to your food. It has a strong flavour with a hint of sulphur. Not to be added during cooking it should be sprinkled on the final dish like a garnish.
