Salmon Fillets with Seville Orange Marmalade




  • 4 Salmon Fillets
  • Sesame Oil
  • 4 tablespoons soya sauce
  • 8 teaspoons Roots & Wings Organic Seville Orange Marmalade
  • Salt and Pepper


Preheat the oven to 180C/350F/Gas 4.
Cover a flat baking sheet with non stick foil. Set aside.
Put about a tablespoon of sesame oil into a frying pan. Fry two salmon fillets at a time on one side only for a few minutes until you can see that they are cooked about half way up the fillet. Remove and put onto the baking sheet. Repeat with the other two fillets.
Sprinkle the salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Pour over the soya sauce and spread 2 teaspoons of marmalade over the top of each fillet. Cook in the oven for about 5 minutes.
Serve with noodles and pak choi.
