Healthy Breakfast Bowl

 

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 300ml (10 fl oz) unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon acai frozen pellets
  • 1 tablespoon frozen or fresh raspberries
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon natural yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon Roots & Wings Organic Bee Pollen
  • 1 teaspoon date syrup

Method

You need to start this recipe the night before.

Stir the chia seeds into the almond milk then refrigerate overnight. 

In the morning put the chia seeds and the milk into a blender with the acai pellets, raspberries and banana and whizz until smooth.

Pour into a bowl and top with the yoghurt, bee pollen and date syrup.
