Frozen Yoghurt with Bee Pollen



  • 200g (8 oz) Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey, plus some extra for drizzling
  • 1 tablespoon Roots & Wings Organic Bee Pollen plus some extra for scattering


In a bowl mix the yoghurt, honey and bee pollen together. Put into a shallow container with a lid.

Pop into the freezer for about three hours until it's frozen. 

About 20 minutes before you're ready to serve get the frozen yoghurt out of the freezer. Serve with a drizzle of honey and a teaspoon of bee pollen.



Do not eat more than 2 teaspoons of bee pollen a day.
