Method In a bowl mix the yoghurt, honey and bee pollen together. Put into a shallow container with a lid. Pop into the freezer for about three hours until it's frozen. About 20 minutes before you're ready to serve get the frozen yoghurt out of the freezer. Serve with a drizzle of honey and a teaspoon of bee pollen. Enjoy!
Do not eat more than 2 teaspoons of bee pollen a day.
