Cranberry, Pomegranate & Brie Toasties




  • 4 tablespoons Roots & Wings Organic Cranberry Sauce with Orange & Spices
  • 200g (8 oz) pomegranate seeds
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • Salt and pepper
  • 16 slices of baguette
  • 16 slices of brie


Mix the Cranberry Sauce, pomegranate seeds and orange zest in a bowl and season to taste. Cut the baguette and brie into 16 slices. 

Grill the slices of bread for 3-5 mins until lightly toasted. Turn the bread over and top with a slice of  brie, grill until the cheese has melted. Remove, put on a serving dish and top each toast with a generous teaspoon of the Cranberry topping.  Serve warm.
