Brie & Apricot Jam Toastie



  • 4 slices white bread
  • 4 tablespoons Roots & Wings Organic Apricot Jam
  • Organic Brie, thickly sliced
  • 1 sprig fresh thyme
  • 1 tablespoon organic butter


Butter the outside of the four slices of bread.  Turn two of the pieces over, spread them generously with Apricot Jam then top with the  slices of brie. Sprinkle over with thyme.  Lay the other two slices of buttered bread on top and  fry in a non-stick pan until golden and crisp. Serve immediately.

Suitable for vegetarians.
