At Roots & Wings Organic we make all of our Christmas puddings to an old family recipe from the finest ingredients. These puddings are made with no gluten-containing ingredients. Plump organic raisins, currants and sultanas are soaked in Cognac before being mixed with Caribbean cane sugar, the juices of lemons and oranges and zesty spices. Each pudding is steamed gently then cooled and wrapped carefully. All the taste of Christmas without any gluten containing ingredients.

- Cranberry Sauce with Orange & Spices. Gold Star Award Winner at the Great Taste Awards. Made by hand in copper pans and stirred gently to protect the fruit.
