At Roots & Wings we bake all our biscuits using simple, traditional recipes and the finest ingredients from pure British Butter to Organic Wheat. Our craft bakers make the biscuits in small batches and bake them slowly to ensure that they are delicately light, perfectly crisp and deliciously buttery.
Only when we have created what we are happy to put our name to is each batch signed by our master baker, whose name on the pack means that you’ll enjoy eating them as much as they enjoyed making them.
